Hello FaxIt Nice Members,
As you may be aware there was a problem distributing some received faxes this morning.
The problem is in the process of being resolved and we expect it to be
fully resolved shortly.

Please don’t worry about your faxes being lost or being charged for
the faxes which arrived and were illegible.

The faxes were received successfully and we have them in the system.
The problem only occurred in the distribution.

Later today i will process refunds and re-distribue the faxes.

I sincerely apologize if an important fax was delayed.
If you were severely inconvenienced by this just let me know
and i will be happy to offer a bonus credit on your account.
