It’s been some time since we’ve made major changes to PicPush. CrowdPleazer sort of took over all the development time. With a major push in the last 2 weeks or so we got the new UI implemented and added some great features which take PicPush functionality to the next level:

• Activate/deactivate destinations when scheduling one time upload.

• Selectable folders for automatic scanning

• Selectable folders for “find new” (multi choice)

Also, a great feature was suggested by Pete, which is to upload pass a message to a twitter app when an upload is successful. This is a great idea and work has already stared on a slight variation of this feature. In short PicPush will support plugins which can listen for broadcast intents (Android’s version of events) which indicate that an upload completed successfully. The plugin apps can then do whatever they wish with with the broadcast data.
